Programs & Experiences

Based on the “5 Key principles of longevity” and inspired by the “Blue Zones of Longevity & Happiness” our objective is to inspire, educate and motivate you to embrace these principles for a long, happy and healthy way of life.

We have designed our programs and experiences to encompasses these as part of your stay. Our educational classes will teach you how to embrace these in your daily life, whether you’re working as a busy executive or enjoying the 3rd chapter of your life.

We’ve also designed the programs for various ages and abilities to ensure everyone can gain insight, be educated and most of all enjoy your experience.

By delivering these programs in some of the most exotic parts of the world, you will be able to experience not just the amazing scenery and landscapes but embrace the local language and culture.

We have selected some of the most prestigious and opulent locations so you can experience wellness in true splendor.

 

Exercise

Our educational and exercise program takes the best of practice from the Blue Zones. We have programs that meet individual needs from long walks, exploring the scenery, to Yoga, Pilates, Thai Chi.

Nutritional food

Our beliefs on food stem from the foundations of whole food plant based practices, so we serve delicious dishes made from local organic fruits and vegetables, for those wishing to consume Fish and meat this will of course be available to you.

Relaxation

It’s important to remember that whilst we spend time in our program boosting the body, we mustn’t forget the destructive elements of our culture and environment. Stress is truly destructive on the body and our mindfulness classes help you learn techniques and encourage you to put these life skills into practice

Relationships

As we learn from the longest living people in the Blue Zones, being part of a community is important to staying young. Our programs are designed to bring people together to share experiences, learn and laugh and make life long friendships.

Mental Stimulation

Throughout our busy lives we don’t realize the toll stress has taken as we are continually challenged mentally and physically. We also know that to stay young we need to keep ourselves not just physically agile but also mentally too. We have developed techniques and programs that include such experiences as learning to play a musical instrument, learning a language and even learning to paint, among other activities that challenge our brain.

Purpose

Most of our lives we’ve had a sense of purpose, whether that is striving to achieve our educational goals, caring for the family and/or developing our careers. These goals gradually shift in priority as we continue to grow older. In this experience we help you identify your motivation, your passion and can help you identify a new and renewed sense of purpose, all while re-energizing your mind.

Transformational Program

In our research we identified that when people make a life change-perhaps retirement, a career shift, or just wanting to do something different-they don’t plan for the transition. At times it may be simply imposed through a life event. We therefore realized we need to bring in experts with the right knowledge and skills to help people with this life transition, helping them identify a new passion and also to help them act on that plan.

Supporting the Community

Our programs are designed to also give back to the community, through sustainability. Our programs are set up to support each community, whether it be through jobs or volunteer assistance. Should you choose, you can get get involved in any of the programs, which may include teaching english as a second language, helping local community food pantries or teaching children sports.

Body Analytics &Treatments

It’s important to really understand what’s going on inside your body. So we believe it’s important to measure them. We use blood and swab analysis techniques to analyze as well as bio metrics using sleep and stress monitors. Following a better understanding of your own body statistic you will meet with a specialist to derive a customized set of recommendations and treatments to meet your specific needs
